HOW MANY PEOPLE IN EACH CLASS?

Class sizes vary, but the max number of students per class is around 15 students.
We have the best ratio Instructor to Student in the area. We usually have 2-4 Instructors per class.

WILL I BE THE ONLY BEGINNER IN CLASS?

No, you will be in the beginners class and separated by rank to get extra attention from the instructors.

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING OR WEAR FOR THE CLASS?

Please wear anything comfortable.
You do not need to bring anything!

ARE THERE CLASSES FOR CHILDREN AND ADULTS?

We have separate programs for children, teens and adults. We even separate by ages and rank from Little Dragons (Ages 3-4), Tiny Tigers (Ages 5-6), Supreme Kids (Ages 7-11), Teens (Ages 10-14), Teen & Adult (Ages 15 & up) and Adult Kickboxing.
