My daughter has been going to Supreme Martial Arts for about 7 months and she really enjoys the classes and the culture of the organization. The teachers are very good and the classes are very active. I have seen her confidence grow from being a part of the classes and she looks forward to learning new things every week. My son has been going there 2 years since he was 4. Although I feel they could give a little more individual explanation how to correct what the kids are not doing right, overall, the teachers comes with good credential, truly love and enjoy the kids, give a good balance of discipline and caring. During the bell test, the school Master gives life lessons of respect, appreciation of parents, and hard work. We appreciate all that aspect in addition to the physical training, It’s a great place to be long term outside of school.

I am giving 5 stars because it's max here but this class deserves more than that. Kickboxing class is most amazing, lively and energetic class. I was struggling with my weight issue ..but after this class I started to loose weight. .I become more focused, more confident. All instructors are simply amazing..they personally guide you and make sure you will improve . I would recommend this class

This taekwondo class has been a special part of my son’s life since age 3. It’s wonderful to watch how each teacher is kind, friendly and makes the sessions engaging for the toddlers while also still slowly help them develop discipline and skills. We have enrolled our younger daughter as well and highly recommend this location and its flexible schedule.

Absolutely the Best Taekwondo School in the Neighborhood!

This Taekwondo place is truly exceptional! My two boys absolutely love coming here. They look forward to every class with excitement. The teachers and Masters are the heart of SMA. They are energetic, fun, and super cool! Their passion for Teakwondo really shines through for the kids.

The instructors do fun group activities and personal training with each student.

If you’re looking for a martial arts school that your kids will love and thrive in, this is the one. Highly recommend!

CORE KILLER!!! Amazing kick boxing class, for the first 10 min of warm up U can really feel it! This is one of the place to sweat with! Highly recommend this to all who wants to burn those calories

This is by far the best Taekwondo school in the area. My 8 year old son has been going to this school for 2 years. The technical Taekwondo instruction in this school is top notch, as evidenced by the number medals its students brought back during the 2013 US Taekwondo National championships. ( 3 gold, 1 silver and 23 bronze).

But more than the technical Taekwondo instruction, we are very happy with the life lessons my son learns in this school. Master Kim and the other masters teach the students how to be good people as well. This school is devoted to teaching the Art of Taekwondo more than just the technique.

We love our school. My son and I have been part of it for 3 years and a few months. We are at home here, and we like every aspect of it. The families and studends that train here, the Masters and Instructors, and the location itself. The school's curriculum is so well developed for children. It makes it both challenging and fun. Kids of all ages leave their classes with big smiles and covered in sweat from the excercises they participate in. The lessons here are so fun to watch, that parents who have children join the school shortly afterwards themselves. No matter what level of training you may have in TKD or other Martial Art, you will find yourself in a place where you will fit in when you visit.

Love their kickboxing class! If you are ready to sweat and get a good workout this is the place to go. The instructors are dedicated and attentive to all those who attend. I've attended for some time now and notice a difference in my stamina and body figure.

Although I do not attend the Tae Kwon do class; from what I have seen, the children and adults are respectful to both instructors and peers. The masters are patient and motivating. All adults and children seem to enjoy going in to class and you can see how proud they are of what they can do.

Their newly renovated space is warm and looks amazing. Highly recommend United Tae Kwon do!

The best Tae Kwon Do place in the UES! A super fun way to teach children some discipline, an art and of course a method of self defense! My son couldn’t love it more! The staff is amazing and super friendly! I highly recommend this place. Just the best!

I absolutely LOVE the entire Supreme Martial Arts family. And that’s exactly what they are, family. From the moment you walk in you feel the love and admiration the masters and students have for each other and TaeKwonDo. Master Mostafa is a natural educator and is especially fantastic with the younger students. He really knows how to connect with them and brings out their passion for the sport. He is HIGHLY educated and is always prepared. Not a second is ever wasted. The kickboxing class is also really fun. It’s a great judgement free zone and again, Master Mostafa takes the time to teach us the correct techniques and makes sure we break a sweat every class :-) Thank you for all you do for us and for the community Supreme!
